Stewie, I agree with the comment about the fans. Absolutely unnecessary. I was at a football game and some unruly students were throwing GOLF Balls at the field. I say at, because they did not make it to the field. A couple of people got hit. The Coliseum will be rockin' tonight. Metalhips

I hear you Metalhips it's not just WV fans I went to a Washington/Oregon football game in Eugene a few years ago and Oregon fans are some of the most vile people in the world and they were throwing stuff into the Washington fan section and exiting the stadium was actually scary.

Good natured passion is great but some of these people go so far past the line it's ridiculous.

Well KU brought the A game and handled the Longhorns pretty easily. 5th lose in 7 games doesn't bode well for UT. Rick Barnes better figure it out pretty quick.

Looks like WV didn't have quite enough to keep up with Nova, and when you have a guy score 19 of his 21 points in the final 13 minutes that just stings. Where's the "D"?

Looks like Kansas has reestablished themselves as the clear favorite with Syracuse, Villanova and Kentucky on the next level. Michigan State too maybe when Lucas is 100 percent. Texas still has time to get it together but they look like they have issues.

All tough teams with good coaching. Should be fun. Good to see Villanova in the mix.

Unhappy

Dee, WV lost another one last night not just because of a lackluster defense but because they could not connect on their shots. When you can't hit shots on your HOME COURT you got issues. Metalhips

True that. Gotta hit on the home court. Still lots of BB left though.

But as my team is sadly showing if you can't win on the road too it doesn't matter. The U-Dub is a top ten team at home and bottom dweller on the road. Maybe tomorrow in Berkeley(fingers crossed).

Not much separation in the PAC-10 standings is there? But the dreaded road game. Yikes! Five out of next seven games on the road. That hurts.

Yep they gotta win three of five if they want any chance of an at large bid if not will have to win Pac 10 tourney. But sadly that's not played at Hec Ed.
Can change everything this weekend (fingers still crossed).
